Individual Cups, Boxes or Board Orders

You may cancel your order up to 5 days prior to your delivery or pickup date for a full refund. If you cancel 2–4 days prior you will receive a store credit (good for 90 days) or 50% of your total amount paid. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for orders canceled less than 48 hours prior to your delivery or pickup date.

Large Event Orders

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event. If you cancel within two weeks of your event, you will receive a refund for 50% of the total amount paid. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for orders that are cancelled within one week of your event.

 

Private Classes

Private classes refer to classes held in your home or a venue that you have personally arranged with a group of your choosing. We require a minimum of four participants to book a private class. Private classes are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate a new date and time. Classes that are rescheduled within one week of the event will incur a 15% rescheduling fee. As a small business, when we schedule a workshop for a particular date, we are blocking off that date for other potential events and orders. As such, cancellations and rescheduling have a big impact on our calendar.

 

Gift Cards

We are currently not offering gift cards. Check back soon.

 

Refunds

If your cancellation is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Credits given for a class cancellation (due to customer cancellation, given at the discretion of Nosh Social Co.) may be used towards a future class. If a cancellation is made for a second time, the credit will be forfeited.
